s9 autoset just died

Les than a month old it just stopped I tried everything I know it has power when you unplug it and plug it back in the humidifier lights up but the machine itself has nothing.

Take it back where you got from its covered by the 2 years warranty
Just a thought if you put the SD card in the machine in locked position it wont start without unlocking or removing the card.

I had been asleep 3 hours with it running it just cut off. I will call my dme in the morning

When you take it in to your DME provider they should IMMEDIATELY provide you w/an equivalent, brand new, device or at the very least w/a temporary "loaner" APAP.

Called DME brand new machine will be sent today here Wed I have been with them 5 years. They automatically send my new hose and mask every quarter they take good care of me.
