best night in a long time

Post by W7SOT » Mon Jun 18, 2012 12:04 pm

Hey everyone - well hopefully this will continue - I went from an AHI of 9 last night, down to a 2.7 today, and got a full 6.5 hours of sleep - and machine use, compared to the 2 hours of machine use, and 7 hours of sleep yesterday -- and I feel SO much better today, as far as being awake, and ready to go - I was up watching TV at7 this morning - while everyone else in the house is still sleeping - sure was nice for a change having some energy, and not feeling like I could go to bed and go back to sleep.

Now, just to continue on this trend, and will be happy
