I was wondering if these were good numbers and if not, how can I get them lowered?
============ Last 90 days Last 30 days Last 7 days Last day

My sleep study stated 50+ incidents a night, so 13-15 is an improvement! This still seems like quite a bit per hour though. What is a reasonable expectation? I know zero is a dream (sorry for the pun).

Hi John
I think our experts will ask for the graphs that help to see the detailed events. If they are available of course.
I agree with you that the AHI being lowered from 50+ to around 14 is definitely an improvement. The agreed target is below 5. Personally I fluctuate between 3 and 5 on average.
The most relevant question is how do you feel? Numbers are there to explain and look for improvement, but most important is how you feel

What is your machine pressure setting(s)? The DME often set APAPs with lower setting too low. Depending on what your machine settings are, you may want to raise the lower setting to within 2 or 3 cm below your upper setting.
Zero is not a dream ... I've stalked them both, zero's and dreams.
I started out with AHI of 102. I've gotten zero AHI 2 or 3 times per week consistently for over 5 years now, and rarely does my AHI go over 1 (long term average of 0.4) -- it took me about 6 months after I started my therapy, but once you get there it's like riding a bike.
First you find a comfortable mask and take care of ALL leaks.
Then you tweak your pressure settings to minimize AHI.
Then you work on any other possible sleep hygiene/habits until you get as low as you can go.
Then relax and enjoy life.
BTW - is this you?

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
