M Series CPAP on Yahoo......auction rip-off

Post by slumberer » Wed Apr 05, 2006 12:56 pm

It seems the seller of this item doesn't realize it is available on CPAP.COM for considerbly less than the price of 525.00 it is selling as a non-auction price; what a rip-off. In addition, the seller states:

"This unit will retail for $1750 when released to the public for sale...."

Anyway..needed to vent. Thanks for listening.

Actually, that $1750 price is probably correct. Thru a DME.

Wow....what a proft margin! The 525 asking price seems closer to cpap.com's list of 423.00; but still high. Before having to seek treatment for OSA I didn't have a chronic medical condition and was out of touch with the whole medical care system. No wonder our health care system is so screwed up.
