Remstar Phoenix-cflex

Post by Guest » Tue Apr 04, 2006 3:21 pm

Greetings from Germany to everybody

First I want to say thanx to the many people who are sharing there knowledge participating in this forum.

Reading your posts helped me lot, being a newbie hosehead.(3.month)

So I bought the cardreader from TwoFactors and installed the software and made my first data download.

My interaction list shows an entry named "compliance download".
The report-viewer shows only compliance-data, no leaks, snore etc.

Have I overlooked something, settings, presets etc.?

My Remstar Phoenix is a brand new 2006 model, so I thought I've got the European version of the RemstarPro2 named Phoenix.
I've the slight suspicion that my Phoenix is just a RemstarPro!

On Thursday I will have my next sleep-study done.
So if anybody could help me with my problem before going to the sleep-lab?

Thanx

Lawrence

Hi Lawrence,

When you opened up your nightly download, there should have been a window that popped open. On the left side there should be two options.....the "default" is "Summary" and the other is "Full Details". Select "Full Details". On the right side of that window, there should be a place to select dates (like for a range of dates).

Hope you get to see your statistics.

Hi, Wulfman,

thank you for your advise.
I already tried that, my report is only 4 pages long instead of 12 pages mentioned in other posts.

My report contains solely compliance-data.

Any other tips are welcome.

Greetings

Lawrence

Yesterday I did a search on the Internet for "REMstar Phoenix" and came up with nothing.

If you've tried the "Full Details" option, your suspicion may be correct.

Any chance of getting a different machine?

Best wishes,

How many days of data are you looking at, if its just one day it will be 4 pages long, each added day will add a page of data.

Your machine needs to have the view AHI enabled in the setup mode. Otherwise it will only give you compliance data.

It's really hard to be "civil" to an idiot that resurrects a five-year-old thread and gives advice that isn't even applicable to that particular machine.......and yet appears to be someone who is in the DME/RT business/profession.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!
