Headache in one sinus from CPAP?

Thanks for the info Drowsy Dancer!! Right now I'm still at that stage where I'm just trying to get sleep, so I'm taking what I can get... Totally going downhill with treatment all of a sudden. Turned the humidifier up to 5 last night and my sinuses feel great. Just not the rest of me...

Before CPAP I got a lot of sinus infections but once I got the humidity to my satisfaction, I've not had a sinus problem at all. I have allergies that I thought were bad but now I'm doing so well that if for no other reason I'm a believer! Of course, I have lots of other reasons to believe in the treatment.

I wondered how you got your humidity correct. I have sinus pain after about 6 hours sleep, it wakes me and I seldom get back to sleep. This is not enough sleep of course. I have a Resmed S9, a humidifier and a heated tube and I tend to keep it at 27 degrees Celsius (30 degrees is the max.) If you have any advice please let me know.
