Thanks for the info Drowsy Dancer!! Right now I'm still at that stage where I'm just trying to get sleep, so I'm taking what I can get... Totally going downhill with treatment all of a sudden. Turned the humidifier up to 5 last night and my sinuses feel great. Just not the rest of me...

I wondered how you got your humidity correct. I have sinus pain after about 6 hours sleep, it wakes me and I seldom get back to sleep. This is not enough sleep of course. I have a Resmed S9, a humidifier and a heated tube and I tend to keep it at 27 degrees Celsius (30 degrees is the max.) If you have any advice please let me know.
