How about a questionnaire to submit to prospective DME's?
Some very good points have been brought up in various threads.
Has anyone put them all together?
I would like to have a list of questions to fire at the rep. when they are out looking for 'fresh meat'.
Not all DME's are bad or just in it for the money

I have a fantastic DME! It's national name is RoTech, but the local group is by another name (Hometown Oxygen). Everyone in their office treats me like someone very special. I've had so many problems trying to adjust and my tech works with me, trying to help me resolve them. I feel very blessed.

Mine has been great. I use first american drug Valdosta GA. I have since moved to Baton Rouge but still use them. They are super they autosend my quarterly box of 1 hose 1 mask and 3 large pillows. They send till I tell them to stop.
