Hi just wondering if anyone has ordered through cpapusa.com

I place order 2 weeks ago and still not shipped, they are uncontactable - tried email & phone many times and live chat.

Given they havent charged my credit card yet but dont know if to order elsewhere incase they do end up supplying and I end up with 2 units...

?

I always order from cpap.com; except when I wanted a recording pulse-ox, then I used cpapsupply.com.
Cpap.com tends to be a little lower priced, and is the only one I know of that sells mask insurance.
Never used cpapusa; probably not likely now.

I ordered from them once for something cpap.com did not carry at the time but it was 3+ years ago. They did OK as I remember but I think it took them a week to ship. I don't know that this will help since a lot changes in 3 years. Not being able to contact them is a bad sign, sorry.

finally got through to them but not on the toll free number listed - seems they dont attend that one. Used the direct line listed in contact tab.

Dont know why they didnt answer any emails - anyway is being posted tomorrow so hopefully all good. (Has been over 2 weeks since ordered )

Will try cpap.com as suggested next time
