Hi Craig,
As you know, we do not sensor the posters here at cpaptalk.com, but we are in a huge battle with spammers. I didn't delete your post, but we have a few people who work tirelessly to get the spam off the board as quick as possible.
Your post could have been mistaken for spam and deleted. I will look into you and get back to you, but I am guessing that is the case. This is no reflection on you, and was probably done by accident.
