Do you have the Smart Link software? Are you, instead, trying to use the Smart Codes? If the former, PM me with your email address, and I will gladly send you a quick guide I wrote to use the software easily. If the latter, you collect the Smart Code from the LCD screen and then plug it into the web tool here: https://www.cpap.com/cpap-machine/devil ... tflex.html

The Smart Code info is good, but it is not nearly as comprehensive as the Smart Link software reports.

Great Emilia, I already sent you a PM with my email. So, the pack has a DVD which teaches about apnea and how the Intellipap will help. Something very light, for people who never tried any apnea equipment. I didn't explore the DVD files to see if it has some software inside, will try that when I get home. Anyway, if you can help me on that too I would aprecciate a lot.

Thank you.

Where might one get the software? I have been using the smartcodes for a couple weeks but interested in the other.

The Smart Link software must be purchased separately from a vendor. Our forum host has it here: https://www.cpap.com/productpage/devilb ... ystem.html

Listen to Emilia - She gave me my first lessons reading the software. I'm still no expert but then she didn't have much to work with either.

I am more than a little bit confused......when I type in the smartcode at the link provided, the information (leak, AHI) does not even remotely match what I read off the machine each morning (do not have the software yet, am reading the smartcode displayed on the lit LCD). Also, the smartcode info is the same each morning. Not sure if the code is the same....have not been tracking that carefully but it's clear that what is on the LCD is correct and the smartcode is not because of how I feel (groggy when the AHI is high)

I am planning to buy DeVilbiss IntelliPAP AutoAdjust and Heated Humidification System, without SmartLink Module. How can I get the report and will this report be enough to show me that my apnea is getting cured.

Safdarhassan - The reports won't show that your apnea is getting 'cured' because it very rarely does get cured... it is a condition that we manage as well as possible, like any other medical condition... you can feel a whole lot better, you can be a lot healthier and better off for getting treatment, but cpap won't make your apnea go away in any particular time frame...

The report is available from DeVilbiss' website. You enter the SmartCode, a series of letters and numbers that you can call up from the Intellipap each morning, into the website and the information regarding how well you did the previous night will be displayed. That information is sufficient to show you how well the machine is controlling your breathing while you sleep. For about $150 more you can get the SmartLink module which comes with software that gives you more information on specifically what happened during the night. I have the Inetllipap without SmartLink and I do fine without it. The Intellipap is a good machine.

I have just bought a DeVilbiss Intellipap AutoAdjust Travel CPAP with SmartLink
Version 2.5.6.0 and I am not 100% sure that I have set it up correctly! and would welcome any easy setup instructions. One area that I need assistance on is how to adjust the Upper Limit from 20.0 cmH2O to 15.0 cmH2O

Did you buy †he module?

It's the lower limit that matters really, the upper limit can be left high unless you have a specific reason to lower it... ?

Yes I bought the whole package including the module from CPAP.com in the USA and that seems to be the problem as providors here in Australia are reluctant to assist unless you purchased the equipment from them. DeVilbiss Healthcare Australia only handles sales and service for Oxygen equipment and does not have a CPAP section, this makes it very difficult for a octogenarian living on his own, so any help would be most appreciated.

Hi - not sure if yours is one of this series, but if so, here's the info on changing the pressures (sorry, haven't done mine in a while, but will look at my specs if you need them).

DeVilbiss 9000 series machines: Turn on the machine, then turn off the machine. Immediately after that, simultaneously press the down arrow button and the ramp buttons. While holding those two buttons down hit the power button to enter the setup mode. Scroll through the menu using the select button until you get to IPAP and EPAP settings. Use the up and down arrow buttons to change the levels. When done turn off the machine.

IF this is not the correct info for your machine, let us know asap and we'll get you the right stuff (do you know your machine's model #?
