Just got the Opus 360 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask with Headgear
It didn't bother me in the office - but trying to use it at home made me crazy. I didn't feel like I could breath with it in. Any suggestions on how to transition to this? I want to be able to sleep without the bigger mask on my face. Thanks

Re: Nasal Pillow Help
Merry,
Try wearing it in the evening for about an hour while you do something sedentary like watch TV. Do this for several days. Get yourself desensitized to it before you try to wear it all night.
And make sure it's not too tight. If they fit it for you while you were sitting up in a chair, the fit will be different lying in your bed. See my Swift FX fitting guide in my signature below--it should work for the Opus as well since the same principles apply.
