hey darth:

i just looked it up and ayr, similar to secarius, does have more moisturizer than i thought. all i know is that when i have bad swift nose, ayr sends me through the roof in pain, whereas petroleum jelly calms it down somewhat.

Well:

I had my first complete Swift night - after trying for weeks.

By the time morning rolls around my Nares are pretty tender but I am making progress with it.

I put some AYR gel on my nares before sleep and then put some on during the day.

I'm also going to probably alternate with my Nasal mask tonight to give myself a break.

EIther way I am making progress and I don't have the Sinus burn or Sneezing/Dripping that I had before.

It's like my nose is finally getting trained and will walk on a leash.

lol

That IS what it feels like!

I am having pretty good luck - but big rainout problem night before last helped my turning the humidifier lower last night - and last night I tried without the chin strap only to awaken to mouth breathing several times - so I had to get up and put the darn thing on.

Just adjusting on a day by day basis and troubleshooting -
