I am using the Swift nasal pillows since beginning cpap therapy 12/27/2005. I am considering purchasing a nasal mask for nights when my nose is very sore. Of the two nasal masks listed, which do you consider the best? Why?
Mirage Activa Nasal Mask or Ultra Mirage II Nasal Mask?

ComfortGel
I don't have either, but my first nasal mask, as opposed to a nasal pillow interface, the ComfortGel, was very much quieter than any nasal pillow mask: Swift, Breeze, and Aura. It was a much more natural breathing experience. Slight noise on inhale and exhale and a feeling of air flowing over my nose.
I do notice my congestion more, however, but I really favor it over any of the three pillow interfaces.
I am anxious to see how the poll goes because the masks you included seem to be the premier ones.
