My first Sunday

Post by Cockney » Sun Mar 19, 2006 7:51 pm

So I thought my first night on the machine was a failure. I woke up and had to take the mask off and take a sip of water......But this is the first Sunday in my memory where I did not need to take a nap midday.....I got tons of laundry and ironing done, cleaned up the house and I am looking forward to a nice dinner.............If this is all I get...I am happy

I made it through the first Sunday in forever without an afternoon nap too. This is week three of CPAP. I have also determined that I am much more comfortable with CPAP than any other variants, I think the pressure variations are disturbing to me.

Good Luck,

TerryB

I haven:t ever tried an xPAP without a filter

Sounds like it was fun

Good luck - hope it was just the filter ' cover.
