S9 Replaced

Post by rozenbob » Mon Feb 13, 2012 7:54 pm

My DME replaced my 33 day old S9 for a new S9!

Since there is a New Data Card, do I need to make any changes on my ReScan and/or Sleepyhead settings??

Thanks Bob

SleepyHead won't care. No need to do anything with SleepyHead. I have 4 different machines under one user name in SleepyHead.

I don't know about ResScan though. At worst you might need to create a new user.

I didn't have a problem with ResScan or SleepyHead.

Why did they swap your S9? They swapped mine because it was recording 0 events almost every day. The new one does the same thing. I don't know whether or not to trust the numbers. Out of 37 days, I only have events on 15 days.

My S9 was replaced one week after I got it. One night about 2:30 AM the unit was pumping so much air into my mask that it lifted my mask off of my face. They said it was a malfuction and just swapped units.

How did you find the machines problems?

No, you can still use the existing patient that you set up.
It will just add the new information from the new SD card to that patient.
