I figured there would be more like me
I love the descriptions of us in the mornings (pre and post CPAP)!! I do agree that the quality of the sleep is much better, hence why I feel better. I have no problem with resting in bed once awake except then I start thinking of what I could be doing and should be doing and why waist the hours God gave me awake and functioning....then I get up! But I come downstairs (not achy for a change), get breakfast and do computer work while watching the news.... still relaxing.
I think its just an adjustment we need to get use too after so many years of poor sleep!!
Enjoy your quality not quantity sleep everyone!
No longer able to sleep in since on CPAP :(

Re: No longer able to sleep in since on CPAP :(
During the week, I wake up at 6am. I used to snooze the alarm a couple of times, and slowly force myself out of bed. Since getting hosed, I'm usually waking up a bit before 6 and just lay there until the alarm goes off. Even on my days off, I'm waking up well before 7 and wide awake.
