Night 5 with new Intellipap Auto
So last night was night 5 with the new apap. My sleep study set me at 12 and I've set the machine at 10-14. I have a 20 minute delay time starting at 4cm that can probably be adjusted down to 10 or 15 mins. Any other suggestions or tweaks that you guys would make? Or does everything look good? I don't really know to much about what I'm looking for other than the low AHI which looks good to me.

I'd say you are off to wonderful start with your Intellipap! Congrats on such great results right out of the gate. My only suggestion would be to adjust the Delay to start out at a pressure of 6 not 4.... you must find that hard to breathe with. Frankly, after a week or so, you could probably dump the Delay all together.... most of us do. Jumping in at 10 might not be difficult once you are used to that pressure.
Your 90th and 95th%tile reading are very consistent. If I could see the graph line for your pressure, I would be curious to know if you are even moving much off that pressure at all during the night. If you are staying at 10 almost all night, you could tighten up the pressure range to 9-12 or maybe even consider straight cpap mode at 10. However, with such great results where you are, maybe changes aren't warranted at all.
Keep up the good work.... if things change, keep us posted.

Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Re: Night 5 with new Intellipap Auto
I was on cpap therapy from early April until mid December when my old machine broke. I know my sleep tech lady was astounded at how well I took to the mask. It was the first one I tried. I also wear a Fitbit and according to that most nights I am asleep within 10 mins so I did shorten the delay to 10. I'll think about adjusting the pressure up a bit in the next week or so. I am kicking myself in the rear for not convincing the DH that I needed the software to go with my machine. But for now at least, I have way more info than I ever had before.
