sighted zits, defeated same

Post by TerryB » Wed Mar 15, 2006 4:53 pm

It sure doesn't take the contact dermatitus long to rear it ugly bumps does it? If been on the cure for just 2 weeks now and already had lumps and bumps on my forehead and nose from touching the plastic all night. Went to Wal-Mart and got a roll of J&J non-irritating paper tape and puuf, zits are history.

Not even double fudge brownies can give me zits now.....LOL.

I forgot the tape on my nose last night and here are the zits this morning. Instant contact dermatitus.

UPDATE

Post by TerryB » Sun Mar 19, 2006 10:34 am

Watch out, I used the paper tape last night as usual and did an unintentional dermapeel this morning on my nose. Tore some skin right off. Now I have that healing to attend to while maintaining the CPAP procedure. OUCH

Be kind to the shnoz, Terryb, it's an important part of your treatment....be even kinder......as in tlc...when you don't have it stuffed in a mask!
