Res Scan 3.10 and clinician's manual sP AUTOSET

Hi I had link before for clinician's manual and for 3.10 ResScan and put both on my computer.....but computer crashed and I lost both.. Now I would like these links again, when I go to ResScan 3.16 a lot of information is requested....same if I change 3.16 to 3.10 need to know how to get both and should I fill out info on ResScan site, or can I find the link to get the info I need without giving all the info....thanks

Check your PM box. You will also need the Smart card reader.
Only place I have seen it for a long time has been on EBay. This is the best price I have seen..other prices were nearing $100
