As I've stated, I got my apap on 01/09/2012 from Apria. This week I got the insurance billing for it. Called Concentrix to review charges sent to insurance. Everything is reasonable except for one. Inhalation therapy $67.65. For less than 5 - 10 minutes (think it was more like 5 minutes), he gave me a brief rundown of the apap. Like he said, "You pretty much know everything." I signed the pink form and left. Next time, I'll just say, "Give me what I came for. Good bye." Is there any way to dispute this??? He really didn't do anything except give me what I came in for.
Thanks.

Insurance Billing Question
Re: Insurance Billing Question
Not sure how going over your machine is considered 'therapy.' I'd question it.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
