Good DME in the Raleigh NC area?

I am newly diagnosed and was sent to one DME company. Was less that thrilled with the service I recieved. Can anyone recommend another DME in the area?

I got mine from Active Healthcare Inc. in North Raleigh. They're at 9104 Falls of Neuse Rd; right at the Falls exit from 540. Jo was the respiratory therapist, and seems very nice.

Thanks for the info. That is who I went to... I think I just had a bad person there. She was very dismissive and not very helpful and intimidating. How many masks were you able to try when you fist got diagnosed? I have been using my unit for 2 weeks now. They first gave me the ResMed S9 Escape. I really wanted the AutoSet and she was very dismissive. I think her manager heard her and suddenly she came back and said.. ok fine we can send you home with the Autoset machine.

We were pleased with them initially, but now hugely disappointed with the way my equipment was (mis)handled through insurance, and now looking for a good DME to switch to.

Jo is the Clinician Manager over there and has profit motive as first preference.
I am annoyed with them b/c they don't do a good job on mask fitting and mask exchange.
There are other DMEs that would loan a mask for a week and replace it as many times utill you're satisfied.
They don't. But I still staying with them.
