I want to apologize to all the members who have tried to help me by answering my posts.
On other discussion boards, I'm always notified if I have replies to my message. So, if I didn't get notified, I rarely looked. I got a lot of thoughtful answers and I'm sorry I didn't answer. The Denver support group made a big point of being on this site a lot to keep up, and I will start doing that. Even though I know it's really important, sometimes it's very hard. With Restless Legs Syndrome I can't always sit down at the computer. But this has to be a priority. (I think I've also been put off by all the figures, strange language, etc. which made me feel stupid. Have to get over that!) Thank you.
apologies

Hi Doety *friendly wave*
As for being intimidated by all the strange/new language, never feel intimidated. We all started at ground zero and worked our way from there.
We're all learning. For me, this forum and our Denver group is indeed my anchor and only hope for a better tomorrow. If you don't understand something, say so. I had some folks a time or two rephrase because it wasn't clicking the first time. There are ALOT of great peeps here.
Like I said not that long ago, if it wasn't for this forum, I'd still be stuck with a brick at 8cm four years later wondering "What's wrong with me that my therapy isn't working???"
