That's interesting, the size of her Avatar. I was not able to upload a picture unless it was 100X100 pixels or less. The profile setup screen would not let me continue until my picture was cut down to size.

Well it is March 15 and I finally got a RemStar Auto with C/Flex yesterday. I posted the message here on Feb. 2 saying I was new and discouraged. This has been going on since last May. When I got the machine yesterday I asked the DME for the Headrest by Aeiomed with the nasal pillows. Of course they don't have it so I came home with the Breeze by PB. I used it last night and it was pretty uncomfortable, however, I did sleep. It seems to be pulling up on my nostrils. I have all the adjustments out all the way so there is no way to make it longer. I used the green (Large) nasal pillows but I do have the small and medium. Would that help? Any suggestions or comments. At least I feel like I'm on the right track since I got the machine I have been wanting since the beginning. Now I have to wade through all the notices on here to try to understand the EncorePro software and if I should get it. I am no computer techie. Thanks for comments.

Jawz:

When you get your card reader there is a setting in the registry that you need to change if you don't want your card erased after each download.

I'm sure you can find it on the forum thru search. IT is a simple edit assuming you're ok with editing a registry entry and all the cautions that go with that.

I have a Bi-Flex Pro 2 that requires Encore Pro / FOSQ software that they are selling for $200 with reader but I see here that some have gotten it free and just paid for a reader. Does my model require different software or am I just misinterpreting this info?
