How do hell do you speak for everyone on this forum?
do you have idea what it's like to suffer from asthma and sleep apnea?
I don't understand why everyone on this forum wants to FUCK with me and fuck up my health?
You know what.. Settle down or get out.

I have Asthma... I use Supplemental Oxygen at night.. I have Central Sleep Apnea and can not get my AHI below 11.. Yes I know what it's like. And you know what.. There are a bunch of people here who have it a lot worse than you or I. So deal with it.. or don't. But don't come here and ask people if they know what it's like to suffer from asthma and sleep apnea.

No one here wants to mess with you or your health.. However you ask questions, get the same responses and ingore them.. And also do stupid things like Hydregon Prixoide you sent up you nose before... So some people have given up on you. Some want to help you. Some like I are not sure if your are just playing games with us all here, or are for real.

Either way, This is what it all sums up to.

We can't and won't suggest acupuncture.. or Herbal supplements.. or using O2 during the day without a perscription. What we will suggest again, as we have done is you get both your Sleep Apnea and Asthma under control. Sleep Apnea by using your machine and keeping your mask on.. If you can't or won't do that, it does not matter how much you fiddle with your preassure. You don't use the machine the whole night you will not get any benfits. Find out what you can do to keep your mask on. We can make suggestions there. For the Asthma, this is going to take dedication and a action plan with your Doctor.

If you are having Heart problems, or out of breath all the time.. Or seeing a Low O2 blood level... That for the Doctor. and if you have RECORDED data and the doctor is ingoring it, find a new doctor. We cannot tell you what the issue is or how to treat it. We can suggest what it might be.. But this is a problem for you and your Doctor(s). Period. You might be able to self treat Sleep Apnea.. (Maybe.. Some can, but it's not for everyone) But you start self treating stuff like Serrious Asthma, COPD, or Heart Issues... And you are going to end up a lot worse in the end.. Same with ingoring them.

My two cents...

Well said. Reminds me of my ex father in law. Persistent cough, wheezing, self medicated. Finally went to a doctor; after some testing, visits to multiple specialists, he got the diagnosis of COPD and Idiopathic Pulmonary fibrosis, basically a death sentence. The doctor said to him, I wish we would have seen you 2-3 year's ago; we might have been able to prevent this from happening. He finally got over his thick hardheadedness, went to the doctor on a regular basis , had a sleep study, treated his apnea, and followed ALL the doctors instructions to a T. Between the BiPAP and the drug study, he got 6 additional years, if he would have went to the doctor earlier, he might still be around.

Moral of the story - See your doctor or buy a casket.

And again -- Amen.

We are REALLY tired of this. Time to put on your big girl/boy panties. Take the advice and run with it...or not. Nobody here can help you.

well I've seen many doctors and I don't think they give me enough medication. this last infection I had left me wheezing even on steroids and I'm still having really bad apnea episodes since i can't keep the mask on. I woke up and feel like I was run over and have the flu
Supplements can help if they are in the proper form and formulation. Vit D level should be checked by a blood test (25 hydroxy vitamin d). Level should be between 50 and 80 for therapeutic level.
I have studied supplements for 30 years and may be able to assist off line.

When I exhale I breathe out for less than a second and then the breath suddenly stops and I start wheezing- it's been happening for 10 weeks now.
there must be a medication that helps? I tried prednisone already and it doesn't do that much. my chest xray was clear.
yeah I've been having the wheezing when I exhale and low FEV 1 for months now and sometimes a little mucus, but the doctor keeps telling me that I have asthma.
I just don't know why my O2 at night is in the 70s and suddenly became worse over a year from 90. I gained some weight and was at 200 at my highest but my BMI was around only 26 or so. maybe it is from stress or anxiety?
I'm hoping advair 500 will be better

how do you diagnose COPD? is it from a chest xray or CTscan/MRI? I still have this wheezing on exhalation and my peakflow is going down even on all my medications, my FEV1 is in the 60s now
