PSG and Titration results

Finally recieved a ledgible copy of my sleep study. My therapy has been great so far. I am glad my wife convinced me to go have this done. I've posted a copy of the results for you all to peruse

Glad things are progressing well for you. Keep it up! Your wife and family will appreciate the results.

Isn't it nice to have someone who cares enough to argue you into doing the right thing? If only we would all remember that prospective it would probably avoid a lot of arguments between couples. And trust me, I know this as someone who doesn't do what he suggests others do! Like you, I also have my wife to thank for convincing me to talk with my doctor about sleep problems. So, might I make a suggestion from another guy who listened to his wife ... With your extra energy take her out and do something together that you both enjoy doing. And remember to say "Thanks for caring!". It helps all of us when we hear that.
