ClimateLine is..

Post by Meowser » Wed Jan 04, 2012 2:42 pm

not staying 'enabled' on my machine.... I think I posted this before but it was about leaking... thats been solved, now my hose wont work.....

I bought it off of cpap.com early Nov. I know its locked into place...

What can I do since I think only cpap.com has a 30 day return/exchange policy. Will ResMed take it back/replace it?

I dont want to get rid of it but its not serving the purpose I bought it for....

I have found that the plug part of the machine end coupler needs to be
fully turned into the little boxy connector on the back to get a secure electrical connection.
Is yours backing out?

I dont think so, but when I do connect it to the back, I have to fight with it to actually snap.... i feel like I'm gonna break it...

Ours do take some effort to attach; and even more to detach.
I thought I broke my hubby's machine when the clear hose connector on the machine separated and popped off.
--but it was OK--he just put it back together.
I just ordered a new connector--just in case.
