I didn't attack him, I posted quite a long thoughtful post of encouragement that took about 25 minutes to write and edit. When I came back later the next post was "zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" and then I saw all the other zzzzzzzz's and he wrote something about no one giving him an honest reply.

So, I saved the post so maybe I can post it for someone else and I deleted it here.
Thinking of quitting CPAP?

No problem, here's the first thing to do when you quit:

Advanced funeral planning. When you give up CPAP, you'll probably need it.

I, too, was trying to be genuinely helpful, without being judgmental.
And he ATTACKS me!
Denial sucks, but I no longer feel pity for this troll.

It might be time to contact forumadmin.
I have received two PMs from this man. He is a very nice person who is so NOT a troll... he is intelligent and interesting, and knows more about sleep apnea than any of you who posted here. He said I could post his PMs if I want to... but, what for, several of you have already made up your minds what kind of person he is, which is why he deleted his posts. He felt attacked from his very first post. That's a shame.

He was rude and a jerk- that's why he deleted his posts. They showed him in a very bad light. You meet his needs through PMs, great for both of you. He couldn't delete everything. His posts are quoted enough times.

For someone who knows a lot about sleep apnea he sure screwed up in his posts. Anyone who takes advice as criticism is looking for a reason to emote. Nobody attacked him until he threw a tantrum and attacked all the people who gave him advice he didn't want to hear. I told him air was natural and he went and dug through some old posts on how I took some meds to deal with a major allergy attack as if that some how invalidated my judgement. That is one of the things a TROLL does, stir up dissent for his entertainment.

You people are a real trip. I took no advice as criticism. I did reply to things I disagreed with and none of the replies were rude. I did a private PM to the frog man because I read where he had said they were overweight. Stating a fact is not attacking someone.

I removed all of my posts because I realized that most of the people in here were of no value to me. I posted honestly and responded to inaccurate information with honest replies. To the woman that said she knew of ways to help apnea with exercise but that she "didn't have the time", saying she is lazy is the truth. It may hurt to hear it, but she posted it. She knows of some solutions, "but who has the time". This after jumping on me because I replied to another person that a machine plugged into a wall pushing air into your airwaves was not "natural". Of course isn't. She obviously got defensive and it went from there.

All the attacks since I posted yesterday just confirm to me what I already knew. This forum is mainly populated by people that think they know everything (severe know-it-all's) that feel the need to reply to posts not because they have something useful to say, but because it makes them feel better to open their mouths. I've read many of the posts from the people that filled this particular topic. Most of it was drivel.

Enjoy yourselves. I will not be back.

To the normal ones here, I say good luck, I wish you well.

geeee, I'm sorry I missed the fun with that troll, but when I first read what your answers were to him, I figured it our right away! Trolls enjoy stirring up trouble, attacking people and trying to turn posters against each other. his last remaining post is classic Troll Drool!

Geula!!

You need a reading comprehension course.

I could just croak!

Trolls don't waste their time deleting posts, as doing so would be a deletion of their perceived victory.

Talk about wasted- this thread has been viewed over 1000 times and the person we we're trying to help deleted his/her posts and left. Of course nothing is ever really deleted- or at least all of it. A search on corvair65 brought up most of his replies including my favorite- zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Reminds me of a friend who had numerous "last chance for happiness" experiences.
