I second the recommendation on the buckwheat hull pillows. I have one, and absolutely love it. Before CPAP I used to sleep with a pillow under my head and another one (a thin one) on top covering my eyes. Can't use the top pillow any more with CPAP.
Anyway, I just use the buckwheat hull pillow under my head and it works great. I can shift the hulls to provide any support or gaps I need. And it is surprisingly comfortable.

Buckwheat hulls all the way. In fact I have 2 - one for our summer camp that stays there and one for home. Comes with enough hulls so you can customize (you can't do that with the usual pillows for CPAPers) and they adjust so easy when I may toss and turn at night - great neck support too ! (I have a sensitive neck from being rear-ended 3 times in the car). I got the Regenesis pillow when they first came out. they last forever too.
