Head Cold

Post by Artcarved » Sat Dec 31, 2011 9:13 pm

"Happy New Year to all".

I have had a bad head cold this past week. Last Tuesday I threw up 6 times, had a soar throat, and a lot of nasal mucus. No fever. I haven't slept with the Cpap. When I try I am uncomfortable. My head still feels heavy. I have been flushing my sinuses with NeilMed sinus rinse taking Vicks Nyquil for my throat. Just wondering what others do when having a cold.

PS: When I wash my mask and water tank I use Dial Complete antibacterial soap. I run hot water through the hose. I maintain
the equipment once a week.

head cold... that's why I have a FFM... even though I use it all the time. There are times that I can't breathe through my nose.
