Can I set Humidity on S9 Escape

Post by rjg202 » Fri Dec 30, 2011 9:24 pm

Is this user settable? I see the temperature setting.

What is the ideal temperature to start with?

If Humidity is adjustable what is ideal setting to start with?

Thanks

There is no ideal setting. What works for me might not work for you. Just experiment. How did you wind up with an escape?

You may be locked out of the humidity setting based on the original setup of the unit. If you want to play around with the settings established by your DME I would understand what your compliance requirements are prior to making modifications. However others can direct you as to how to make the modifications if you are ready.

The Doctor sent the order to the DME and then they called me. I am a little PO'd becuase they did not even give me an option. I did place a call to the DME provider and told them I think I have the wrong machine, they will call back Tuesday. I am going to call the Doc as well since his evaluation said a CPAP Pro which does monitoring. I will see. I do have new insurance this year and I have credits towards my deductible, part of me wants to return the machine and start new. I did not pich the sleep Doc either, My Primary sent me for a sleep study and they interpreted the results. So if need be I will do a clean start and take my 2 studies with me.
