Probably from a reference by the Mader group (quinolones and HBO):

GRADUATION DAY!! We finished treatment Monday, 40 sessions, 5 days/wk. Drs are quite pleased with the outcome, there is still a very tiny residual spot that isn't quite healed but they feel that will close on it's own as the good effects of the oxygen continue for several weeks to even months. They're hoping that the therapy also cleaned out all the debris and infection around the shrapnel still imbedded inside his bone and will do some testing when we return for a followup in a month. Someone from the hospital will be coming after the new year to interview us, take some photos and write an article about our story for the newspaper. Next stop, Hollywood!! Thanks to all of you for your concern and support, it helped me through some very dark days. Wishing you all the happiest of holidays.

Dave, you were a big part of the "beginnings" and I can't thank you enough for your help and support. You kept me grounded and because of you I asked our team a million questions! I wonder how the name Delta Dave will look in print? xoxoxoxo
