Given that you lost so much weight, I'm guessing your face may have changed shape and your old mask no longer fits as well.

Try nasal pillows...once you do, you'll never go back.
CPAP for the rest of your life.

Can you post us a typical nights graph so we can see what is occurring. Would be a lot easier to help you if we could see that.
