software for dummies?

I cant figure out how to get my data into sleepy head. I cant afford to buy software but really need to see my data. can anyone help?

Most common error is navigating to the folder itself. That is too far. Just navigate to the drive that the SD card is in. So the Drive letter needs to be in the box to select to import.

Where or what is the problem? What happens?

Do you have this choice in front of you when you select to import?

My SD card is in E drive....So I have E drive in the box then I click on "choose"

after 5 or 6 tries suddenly data went in. thanks for your help. my card reader might be wearing out like the rest of my lap top.

Yeti, maybe you're tempted to think so, but you really are not a dummy. If you were you wouldn't be here seeking answers about how to manage your own sleep therapy. Hang it there. Sometimes it can be hard, but you'll get it figured out.
