COPD and C pap therapy

Post by Dark Matter » Wed Nov 30, 2011 8:07 am

I was wondering if anyone here has had the same experience and if they really are related. I have mild copd from years of smoking and quit about two years ago. I was able to stop medications once I quit smoking but since I have been on cpap therapy I have needed to start taking my inhaler again (Advair) but at a much lower dosage. I don't know if the need for medication is related to the therapy or maybe exercise intolerance due to the fact that I am able to excercise again because of the cpap therapy. My dog is very happy over our daily walks when I get home from work and I am very happy that I have the energy to do this. Any thoughts?
