Yes, I got sucked into the vit D fad also. Bought a bottle of 400 x 5000 iu about a year ago. Been taking one per day for a year. Have had three colds and no increase in energy.

Will finish out the bottle.

Here is a current article on vit D
The trouble is that hard evidence to back up the vitamin's (D) benefits is lacking, according to Clifford Rosen, MD, of the Maine Medical Center Research Institute in Scarborough. "There's no data," Rosen told MedPage Today. "It's all weak association studies."

Yea, I don't really have my hopes up that it will do much

Might just go back on methamphetamine during the day and GHB to get to sleep at night!

Paul, I think you mentioned in another post that you're sleeping on different friend's sofas right now since you don't have a place of your own. Rather than repaying your sleep debt I would think under the circumstances you're adding to your debt. I would think you'd see a huge difference if you were sleeping in your own comfortable bed in your own surroundings. That's the first step in good sleep hygiene. I hope that happens for you soon.
