G'day all , I have only just registered but I think I have been a regular here a few years ago

I have been a CPAP user for many years , I use a Swift Nasal Mask , but have to tape my mouth
I have tried Full Face Masks but they make the skin on my nose red raw , but you all know the problems some mask have for some
I have just received a email about Provent Therapy anyone had experience with it .

Had trouble with the one nostril being sealed did atempt to sleep with it a couple hours. After 4 years of still being tired on cpap. I did the surgery. Yea no more cpap

I wish you luck. Thinks since my septum was crooked and larger turbinates probably why cpap didn't help me.

I tried it...didn't like the feeling of not being able to breathe out. There's at least one person on this board who has had success with it.

It is probably worth a try. I have heard the hardest part is getting used to breathing out against the pressure. Dr. Rapoport talked about it and said that if you have trouble breathing out against it, just breathe through your mouth until you fall asleep. You should naturally breathe through your nose (most people) after you fall asleep.
Keep us posted if you try Provent, please.
