All,
Here are my stats from last night, I changed the size of the nasal pillows, seemed better for me but my numbers may not be better from before... but not bad. Ended waking up twice for noises in the house and my typical think it's time to get up and it was only 2:00 AM... I do this every night. Thank God I go right back to sleep. I went from Large to Medium nasal pillows and they seem to be much better.
One thing I am looking for is explanations to SleepyHead output like what is the following:
Flow Rate:
Mask Pressure:
Pressure:
Leak:
Snore:
Respiratory Rate:
Tidal Volume:
Minute Ventilation:
Flow Limitation:
Once I look these up I will start understanding how I can make things better.
Would like your opinions.

0.66 AHI looks good. Why is the machine set wide open? How do you feel?
You will probably get a better response posting screenshots and keeping them in one thread. It makes it easier to follow, and read back for details.
I'm not very familiar with sleepyhead as I prefer ResScan.
