Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Thanks a lot for this article, as a new user i´ll find very very useful to understand why i was always forgetting thigs, and my ability to learn decreases over the years ... thanks a lot.

Yes, Thanks for posting! I'm always looking for threads like this to give me hope for my symptoms of poor memory, depression, low energy levels and the like associated with sleep apnea. I'm so early into this and have just started getting used to the mask and cpap and am sleeping better most nights for about the past week. I'm happy to read we do see improvements in these symptoms over time
