Detailed data, Resmed S9?

Post by azub » Mon Nov 14, 2011 9:13 am

Hi everyone,

Can anyone let me know how I can turn on the "Detailed data" in the S9? I've had the machine a week, and so far I've only been able to read the summary data off the sd card in rescan.

Thanks in advance!

You need to go into the Clinicians Menu and make sure that the Sleep Quality setting is "On" (and not set to "usage")

You can see how to do that here:

Do you have the clinical manual? I believe it is explained in there. One has to go to the clinical set up and make a change in one of the settings. Sleep Quality I think it is. ResMed users can tell you for sure and what to set it on.
For directions on how to get to clinical menu with pictures here.

Clinical manual and software are available here in Uncle Bob's signature

Yes, there are 2 silver buttons to right side of screen on your S9. Hold down the bottom silver button at same time you press in the round button on the right. Holding down both of those will open the clinician's menu. Make sure sleep quality is set to on, not usage.
Then when you take data card from S9 to your computer, make sure you select download summary and detail data. You should then be able to see both summary graphs and detail graphs for each day. The tutorials already listed are great.

Wow thanks everybody. So many replies in such a short period of time! Thanks for all the links too!

I will make the changes tonight. I look forward to figuring out the possible reasons for my apneas. My life has been much better with the S9 for sure. Most energy I've had in years.
