CPAP function S9

How does a CPAP detect an obstructive apnea? Is it by pressure events where is has to increase the pressure, or some other mechanism?

Variations in airflow resistance.
This is why bad leaks mess up data.

Cool. Thanks for sharing. VA sleep tech explained the 'how' of using it, not so much the 'how' of it working.
