How long have you been on CPAP therapy?

Welcome to the forum Paul.
Everyone is different. Some see results right away and some take a very long time to see even tiny improvements. If you just started your xpap therapy, you need to give it time. Not everyone wakes in the morning totally refreshed, especially in the beginning. AHI 0.6 is excellent. Even with a great AHI it can take weeks(6-8) for your body to adjust to this new way of sleeping and for you to start feeling better.
If you've been at this for a while, you need to give us more info. How long on xpap? How many hours a night do you sleep? How many hours a night do you sleep with the mask and machine on? Do you take any meds that might affect your sleep? Any other health issues that might affect your sleep? What was your titrated pressure(the one the sleep study showed was optimal)?
If you go into your profile and add the machine and mask you use it will help us help you better. It's best to use text for this because not everyone can easily tell what you have if you use the icons.

Brenda

If you are using the new PR System One Auto cpap https://www.cpap.com/cpap-machine/respi ... -flex.html

Then the leak number shown on the machine LCD screen means 25% of the time (not minutes) you are having a huge, huge large leak and it will impact therapy.

If your are using that machine you also have software options explained here.
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=64906&st=0&sk=t&sd= ... re+options

I doubt you need a pressure increase because there really isn't anywhere to go. Max is 20 anyway.

I suspect leaks are affecting therapy and also affecting your sleep. So Brenda's questions need answers.
One must have optimal therapy (minimal leaks) along with adequate hours of sleep using the machine with minimal sleep fragmentation to even have a chance of seeing any improvement. From the information you have given so far we have no idea what might be going on other than your mask is leaking like a sieve. It takes a enormous leak to register as Large Leak.
