Tell em you lost it. They will bill you so just call them and tell them you are out of work and pay 5-10 bucks on it. Don't give up the machine.

How long have you had the machine? Maybe you already own it.

They should pay you to keep it.
The M series has been discontinued for quite a while now. They gave you the ultimate bare bones basic machine that has not been supplied in nearly 2 years.

Do you have any money at all that you could use to maybe buy something off of craigslist?

Intellipaps are not as much new from CPAP.com. If you have the mask and tube the machine with humidifier is under 500 with a three year warranty new.

Look up your insurance Explanation of Benefits receipts to see how much your insurance company has paid out to date for the machine. (Most insurance companies will send you an EOB in the mail every time they make a payment to any provider.)

Did you get machine new with zero hours on it?

You may have a case to negotiate w/them to keep machine for a small payment. There are people here who can offer advice as to true value of your machine.

Click on the link you put in your signature and see if that's the machine you have. Hard to believe they are still selling those.
Here is a thread you can check for some used machines.
