Breeze Mask

Post by rbeery » Mon Oct 24, 2011 11:03 am

I was wondering if anyone has had trouble getting Puritan Bennett Breeze masks lately? I have been told by my supplier that they can't get me a replacement mask because it is on back-order. They want me to get fitted for a new style mask.

Follow up info - I have used the Breeze mask w/ nasal pillows for 7 or 8 years now and I am reluctant to change. I have tried a couple of other masks but they had straps that go across the cheek and that always pulls the mask out of alignment while I am sleeping (I almost always sleep with my hand between my cheek and pillow).

I already hate this equipment supplier, they are the absolute worst I have ever dealt with from a customer service perspective.

Breeze masks are available from cpap.com (our forum sponsor) for a very reasonable price. I have never bothered to get a new Breeze mask from my DME. The only part that wears out for me is the rear foam pad on the headgear and I am able to get that part online for about $25.
