2factors smart card reader

Post by njy » Sun Feb 26, 2006 9:30 pm

Ok, I got my reader and am attempting to work through the various installs. I have run into a problem with the driver for the reader. I went to the site to download the appropirate one, opened the file, but it is not an automatic install. where should the driver have gone?

I have the step by step that someone else posted a few weeks ago, but this one piece doesnt' seem to have worked

Thanks
NJY

the file is over 6 MB in size. is it a zip file, if so it must be un-zipped.

I'm not sure I understand your question. But, go to here:

http://www.2factors.com/index.php?sp=&p ... s=&lang=en

and click on the bottom driver "Installers for Encore Pro".

You can save it to your desktop, and then run it.

Does that answer your question?

Save all the files needed to a safe place incase you nees to reinstall, things dry up!
