Troubleshooting question

Post by Bama Ryan » Wed Oct 19, 2011 12:17 pm

I can't get hold of my DME and resmed's website leaves a little to be desired. Here's what's going on. All I did after waking up this morning was change the water in the humidifier. I came home for lunch and noticed that the LCD screen was on and it says "humidifier fault replace humidifier".

Que pasa?

Turn off and unplug everything from power. Then, plug back in and turn on. With some luck, it may be a gliche that will go away...

Unplug, Open close the lid, disconnect the H5 from the S9 and reconnect, then plug in. Good luck.
