I have a Remstar Pro 2 and I lowered my pressure from 9 to 8.5 a couple of days ago. I've been sleeping better so I wanted to look at the reports from Encore Pro and MyEncore to see how my events compare to the previous pressure.
When I run the detailed report in Encore Pro it still shows the pressure at 9, the same is true of MyEncore.
Is there some reason it won't show 8.5 in any of the detail reports? I double checked my CPAP and it is indeed running at 8.5 instead of 9.
EncorePro and MyEncore pressure setting question.

Yes, there is a reason. The values recorded in the database are only recorded in whole number increments. I'm not saying it's a good reason. But, that is the reason.GrumpyInKC wrote:Is there some reason it won't show 8.5 in any of the detail reports?
So, even though the machine operates with increments of 0.5, it records only increments of 1.0, and so that's all that the software has to work with.
BTW, this is true of other Respironics machines as well.
