I plugged in your code to generate the report to see. If you scroll to the bottom, they have definitions for all the reporting data. This is what is says about the hours in question:

While Breathing Hours
While breathing hours are only available within the last-day timeframe and with the cumulative code. This measurement shows the total hours of use.

You will note in your data that you posted above, and I verified it in the online report, it shows you have 0% of days at 4 or more hours. This is important for compliance purposes. So, the 2.4 While Breathing Hours is saying you only had the mask on for breathing purposes for 2.4 hours in the last 24 hour period. Which is why your 4 or more hours is 0.

If you think you are sleeping with the mask on for more than 4 hours a night, something is wrong with the data. I would contact either your DME, if local, to check the machine out for you.... or you could call the online vendor from whom you got it, if you purchased it that way. But be sure you KNOW you haven't taken a lot of breaks, taken the mask off for periods of time, etc.

You could also ask DeVilbiss Marketing to see if she can give you any insight as to why the data is giving you these outputs.

I found the explanation you cited. That's why I was confused. I put the mask on when I go to bed at 11 and don't take it off until I get up at 6.
If I was only getting 0.9 to 2.4 hours of therapy per night, I know I would feel much worse than I do.

I have been using CPAP since 2003 but am new to this machine.

I'll take your suggestion and contact the supplier.

I got the SmartCode for my last night's report. This is what a valid report should look like:

% Days at 4 hours = 100%
Day Count = 1
Days at least 4 hours = 1

Unplug your machine and plug it back in right before you go to bed tonight. This will reset the 12 hr clock.
Without the module the intellipap uses a 12hr block of time. It starts at 0 when you plug in the machine

Yes, unplug and replug.... don't know why I didnt' think to mention that. I am a techie, and that is always my first way to try to fix things.... always check connections, replug, and reboot. Often a cheap and easy fix!
