Hey Everyone Back Again for another update for you!..umm...well....it's really 2 updates, but the first one I think doesnt count cuz Master Joey had a very stuffy nose on tuesdat that he couldnt use me, He slept without my help, ..his nose was so stuffy, Poor master Joey.

Today was a better day tho, Master Joey used me for 5 hours total today, and woke up around 7 AM (He didn't use me on the last 4 hours of his sleeptime) , Master Joey is still having trouble with his mask, but his mommy talked to his sleep doctor and master Joey may be getting another mask, I dunno. but I hope master Joey really gets to go to sleep VERY well soon.

I am a little worried today, My water chamber looks a little scratched from the inside...the letters on my water chamber are still there, but the silver metal plate in my chamber looks scratchy...I think I can still use it tho....I have to make it last, cuz i cat get another one for another 2 months!... ...I'll take better care of it now.

Ok everybody, Master Joey is ready to go to sleep again, I'll talk to you soon!!, Bye bye!!

Love and Hugs,
Breathie Cpap

Hello Everybody!, I'm back!

I know...I know...I missed giving you an update yesterday..I'm sorry.. ....I forgot to write again, I gotta remember to write each day!, Maybe if I tie a ribbon on my water chamber, I'll remember!

Thursday- Master Joey used me for about 2 hours, then something bad happened..Master Joey moved around his bed and his mask accidently fell out of his face and on the floor.... ....What happened was that when he moved, he loosened the velcro thingies on the headgear and the mask fell.....and the worst part was..he didnt wake up and my motor kept running for about 4 hours!!! ...uugghhhhh!!....I told my mommy what happened and she said it wasnt my fault, and neither it wasa Master joey's, accidents happen i guess..so that day didnt go very well....THEN CAME.... ....

Today- GEEEEEE!!! Today was probably the wonderfulest night that Master Joey slept!! ...bedtime was at 10 PM and he slept 7 hours straight with no WAKING UP!!... ..YAHAYYY!!!!..Master Joey woke up very happy..He still looks that way right now!!..no drowsiness or nothing!... .. ...I can't stop smiling! HEEHEEHEE!!

I think Master Joey's mommy will be putting some new bedtime songs into my SD card..so i will be busy later on...I also feel like LEARNING!!....If any of you can think of something for me to learn about, please tell me, It has to be something educational ok??....oh..and It has to be something that is for a 1st grader..cuz that is the age range that i am in..OK?..Thank youuuuuuuu..

Ok everybody!, See you next time!!

Love and Hugs,

Breathie CPAP

I'm actually getting to like him, in a PeeWee Herman sort of way.

Just stay out of movie theaters.

(Breathie is seen playing with his water chamber, He takes the cap from a Gallon water jug and and caps his chamber opening, which itself is filled with distilled water, He has a look of curiousness as he starts up his motor, Breathie giggles)

Oh!, Hi there everybody!!, How are you all doing, I'm doing fine, cant wait for tonight to come to get ready for work!

(The water in Breathie's chamber starts bubbling, but Breathie doesn't look concerned, as he does not know what happens when you cap a water chamber with no opening for air to escape)

Master Joey had a so so night yesterday, he only slept like 5 hours and then he woke up and took his mask off and got out of bed. I really want him to sleep more than that, He needs more then 8 hours of sleep cuz he is just a little boy. but I guess he just needs to get used to the air thats coming out of his mask...

(Breathie's chamber starts bubbling up more and Breathie looks at it, looking puzzled, but amused at the same time)

WOW, Look at my water chamber, I wonder what is making it bubble like that?..

(Suddenly, a piece of the cap shoots up in the air and an upward thin stream of distilled water gushes out, Breathie gasps and ejects his water chamber away from himself and turns his motor off, covering himself with a blanket so that he doesn't get wet from the gush...when it all ends, Breathie looks at the wet floor and has a look of remorse)

.... .... I made a booboo!..I'm sorry!!..i didn't know My water chamber was going to do that!..but I know now what happens when I cap my water chamber opening, I won't ever do that again!..EVER!

(Breathie remembers what his parents told l him about if you make a mess, you have to clean it up, Breathie sighs sadly and gets a little mop and begins to clean Joey's room floor, taking responsability for his mistake, when he finishes, he puts the mop away and goes back to his place on the nightstand and and decides to play with something else, Joey's toy car)

Ok everybody, I'll talk to you tomorrow...oh..and NEVER put a cap on your water chamber holes while you have your cpap on!, because if you do, it will go BOOM!!, and water will go everywhere, ok?? only stick your tubing on the hole!..

Love and hugs,

Breathie CPAP

Dear Breathie,

I am an 8-year-old boy on CPAP (or the mother of one, as it stands). I don't think 7-year-olds listen to lullabies anymore. If my parents let me go to sleep with music, I'd ask for Rush. Also, I'm not sure if you realize this, but kids my age really lack insight. Kids don't even realize they are sleepy. They get hyperactive when they're sleepy and everyone wishes they would get sleepy. In addition, we're NEVER going to say that we feel so much better sleeping with CPAP than without! That's almost as bad as admitting to feeling better when you go to bed early, and who wants that?! Kids know not to admit to anything. We realize by a very young age that we should deny everything, including the yellow and red stain on the basement carpet, the stamps on the wall, and the funny looking mouthwash. The only way I'd ever admit I put something in the mouthwash is if my mother was about to force me to swish with it and there was no other way out of it besides confessing. Like tonight. Otherwise, admit nothing, Breathie, my man. It's really the best policy.

Also, masks don't fall off. Are you kidding?! There are 4 straps holding it on! FOUR! So if Joey tried to tell you that it "fell" off, he pulled one over on you. I have gotten confused and turned the machine off and kept sleeping with the mask on, however. Twice. You might want to write about that. I think my mother got a few more grays over that. Now everyone thinks she's my grandmother.

Let's talk about the humidifier tank. No, let's not! Who cares? If you're writing this for people like me, you have to relate it to things I'm interested in. I couldn't be less interested in the humidifier tank. But let's talk about the hose. After sleeping with the mask on and the machine off, my mother turned on Smart Start. I love grabbing the hose and blowing into it to turn it on! Now that's interesting!

Anyway, I have to go. My mother's calling.

Hi there Sleeping!,

Gosh!, you really said alot, and you made me think alot too!...

I understand what you said, I am a kid too, i am a boy cpap. kind of like a 1st grader. and i too don't understand that things I may be doing may not be right thing to do, but i do remember what my mommy and daddy have taught me. I know I have to be patient with my master joey. he sometimes doesnt go to sleep all night like he needs to. all I can try to do is relax him with his soft music and use my ramp feature to help him go back to sleep, I also try to make him laugh by making silly faces at him..HEEHEE

Master Joey is diffrent from other 7 year old boys Sleeping, he is a very honest boy, and he will let his mommy and daddy know if he did something that he thinks is a mistake, I think he understands that he could get in trouble for telling what happened, but if Master Joey says he is sorry and says it with his heart,
his mommy and daddy will forgive him. he once almost put lemonade in my water chamber!!, but his mommy stopped him and said Lemonade doesn't belong in my water chamber, master Joey never did it since. and I did see his mask fall out, master Joey somehow made the velcro thingies loose with his head turning, when he did that, the mask slipped off his face, it only happened once tho.

I hope you are doing well with your treatment sleeping. and FEELING well too. just remember to keep doing your treatments, cuz you are going to feel much better every time you do.

By the way everybody, Master Joey slept 5 hours with me helping him today, he had to wake up early to go to church in the morning, but he did sleep well, My total hours usage is now at 185 hours!..YAY!!!, I cant wait to make 200 hours!

I'll see you later everybody!!, Byeeeee!!

Love and Hugs,
Breathie CPAP

Oh, is that what he told his mother it was?
Master Joey is diffrent from other 7 year old boys
That is why other 7-year-olds will not relate to him. Maybe 4-year-olds will, though. If you made him 4 years old you don't have to change your style.

BTW, where is that picture of Breathie that we've all been waiting with bated breath for?

Yes he farted in church several times and by the end of sevices had seven pews stunk up. Turn your pressure down.

And if you keep bubbling your chamber you will go blind!
