High Resolution Flow DATA

Post by TheCLEANSER » Tue Sep 20, 2011 7:27 am

Hello all, I am new here and to cpap all together - Just over a mnth now. So far so good - definately a learning curve to actually feeling good the next day!
I have an S9 Elite and and have downloaded the ReScan software and am enjoying being able to view the summarry graphs of what is happening to me at night - How ever I would like to view the high Resolution Flow DATA thats appearantly available.
I think if I'm reading the clinical guide correctly i need a OXIMETER adapter. Am I on the right track here and if so where would I get one?
Thanks in advance

Have you seen this video?
http://montfordhouse.com/cpap/resscan_tutorial/
It explains how to use the software.
If you are only seeing summary data I think you are missing a step in the download choices.. it defaults to summary data and you have to choose detailed data. I don't use this machine so I can't help with exact steps.

Oximetry use is available for linking with ResScan but very expensive. I don't know anyone who uses the special oximetry tool. You don't have to use it to get the flow detail data though.
Many forum members do use an overnight recording pulse oximeter. It costs $80 to 100. It won't talk to ResScan though.
