at a bit over 8 hours for the week!
I've been using it 8 hours a night and not taking it off without knowing it. I also have a new job that is physically tiring so that has helped me get some good night's sleep.
Re: at a bit over 8 hours for the week!
Good job... Keep it up.

I'm pretty awake. Before I wanted to nap and couldn't keep my eyes open if I sat still.

Hi Nathan,
Can you tell if you are waking up right away after you take it off? If so, just put it back on and go back to sleep. If you think you're sleeping without it for long periods before waking up you might want to set the mask alarm (might be called a leak alarm ) which will beep when you take the mask off. If that fails perhaps you can make it uncomfortable to take it off in your sleep - for instance a *small* piece of tape applied strategically.
I would guess the mask is bothering you a bit more than it did in the beginning because you are less exhausted now. But it's also possible that something has changed and it is less comfortable. Perhaps the adjustment of a strap has changed and/or it has started leaking. If it seems uncomfortable describe how and you'll find that someone has had that problem before you and can help.
